Sort of. But the problem is that you can only limit to articles that are full text in THAT database. We have about 270 databases, and the full-text of the article might just be a couple of clicks away. Using the full-text limiter would exclude all of those valuable sources. And even if the article isn't full-text in any of our other databases, interlibrary loan is fast and easy. 

If, however, you still wish to limit your search the most immediately-available full-text sources, you can look for limiters on the side of your search results to just show the articles available full-text in that database (or interface).
