Q. The fulltext of these articles won't come up even though the citation says the fulltext of the article is available

The inability to retrieve the fulltext of an article even though it says it's available online may indicate any number of issues.  Please contact a librarian immediately for assistance.  Often, we are unaware that a problem exists until you report it.  YOU are an important part of the troubleshooting process.
