There are six rooms on the ground floor of the J.B. Duke Library that are available for faculty to use for a quiet space to work on special projects and/or research. Two of the rooms have space for two people so the total number of work spaces available is eight.

Applications are taken for these rooms in August and faculty may request a semester or whole academic year.

The Duke Library and Science Library offer over 20 group study rooms that can accommodate up to 6 students. The rooms include electrical and network connections, and whiteboards. The rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis. More information here.
